Dr. Sajida El-Othman is Chairperson of the Business Faculty at AUT and a Senior Research Analyst with over 7 years of experience. She holds a doctorate in business administration from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France. Her research centers on employee well-being, absenteeism, and presenteeism. Dr. El-Othman has published five research articles and has presented for the 4th consecutive year at the SEAM Conference (France/USA). She also delivers professional training and dedicates time to rescuing and feeding street cats and dogs.
