Associate Professor Agnieszka Wójcik-Czerniawska is working at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in Poland and has a Ph.D. in Economics and Management, MBA in Spanish- ICEX-CECO- Madrid. Furthermore, she is visiting Professor at many foreign Universities in Europe (Italy, Spain,) and World ( Peru, Kenya). Her areas of research are connected with modern finance, finance technology, digital currency, and financial isolation. Associate Professor Agnieszka Wójcik-Czerniawska participated in many international conferences all around the world including the “World Finance Conference” in Torino 2022, Italy, and the “World Banking and Finance Symposium” at Florida International University in Miami, USA in December 2022. Finally, she is A polyglot with knowing more than 12 languages.
Dr. Flávio Henrique Batista de Souza
Dr. Flávio Henrique Batista de Souza has Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Master in Electrical Engineering, in the Optimization research line at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (Completed in June 2012). He Graduated in Information Systems from Faculdade Infórium de Tecnologia (2007). He is currently a University Professor at the University Center of Belo Horizonte (UNIBH) and UNA University Center. Advisor at Anima Educação. He has experience in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on Telecommunications Systems. He also acts as a technology consultant for micro-enterprises in various segments. Reviewer for IEEE Access Magazine. Researcher of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Mobile Applications focused on Health. He worked for 13 years in non-military satellite communications technology. Member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the University Center of Belo Horizonte (UNIBH). He is Google Trainer and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
Prof. Tetiana Paientko
Prof. Tetiana Paientko is a professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences of Economics and Techniques
(HTW-Berlin). She taught at universities in Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the USA. Tetiana studied accounting and finance at Kyiv National Economic University. Currently, her research interests are corporate finance and financial market development.
Mr. Marvin Gindele
Mr. Marvin Gindele holds a dual master’s degree in economics and finance from the universities of Hohenheim, Germany and Pavia, Italy. Currently, he serves as a senior consultant in EY’s Valuation, Modeling & Economics department and pursues his doctoral studies at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. His primary research focus revolves around corporate finance.

Mr.Kingsley Success Ikani is a doctoral student of Economics and Finance at the University of Economics, Katowice. Poland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics. He has over 3 years experience in banking industries and currently works as a Fund Accounting/Valuations Specialist at Citibank. His fields of scientific interest are Economics and Finance.

Business School. Her research focuses on how corporate governance and organizational resilience influence corporate sustainability performance.
Prof. Georgina Phillipina Coetzee
Prof. Georgina Phillipina Coetzee is currently a professor at Tshwane University of Technology. Before taking up this position, she was the Deputy Executive Dean of the College of Accounting Sciences at the University of South Africa and a professor in Auditing at the University of Pretoria. She was the coordinator of the international accredited Centre of Internal Audit Excellence at the University of Pretoria, and has received numerous rewards, recognising her contribution to the programme and the profession; both from academia and the profession. She holds a PhD in Auditing and received NRF research accreditation since 2015 for her contribution to research in the fields of governance, auditing and risk management. She also received numerous research rewards. She was involved in various collaboration with practice, professional institutions and other tertiary institutions, such as the writing of text books (LexisNexis), supervising post graduate students, presenting the MPhil (in collaboration with GIBS and Erasmus University), reviewing research articles and other documents, developing CPD courses (both generic and tailor-made for institutions), developing training manuals, mentoring internal audit programmes (both nationally and internationally), serving on professional committees (nationally and internationally), conducting research for practice and the profession.

Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Department of Economics and Business, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
Speech Title: "Investment frictions and diversification decisions: Evidence from chain organizations in Europe"
He obtained his Ph.D. in Management at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Before joining UPF, He has been a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Strategic Management Department at IESE Business School and a visiting fellow at Texas A&M University.
His research interests include corporate strategy, diversification, market entry & exit, resource allocation & redeployment, and business model portfolios & innovation. His work has been published in leading management journals such as Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Academy of Management Discoveries, and has been awarded several prizes from the international research community, including the Corporate Strategy IG Best Paper Award from the Strategic Management Society and the Distinguished Paper Award from the Academy of Management.
Prof. Erekle Pirveli
Prof. Erekle Pirveli is a professor of accounting at the Caucasus School of Business, Caucasus University, Georgia. Recently, he chairs the Best Sustainability Award competition of BARTA, administered by the World Bank group in Georgia. His research concentrates on sustainability reporting and IFRS adoption effects, with a particular focus on emerging economies. He has been recognized as the top young scientist of Georgia by the Ministry of Education and Science and by Forbes Georgia 30 Under 30. He earned his PhD degree in accounting from the University of Bremen, Germany and has worked as post-doctoral scholar at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Dr. Ejona Duçi
Dr. Ejona Duçi is a Ph.D. Student at the Department of Accounting and Analysis at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, Bulgaria.
She is also a lecturer at the Department of Finance and Accounting at the University “Aleksandër Moisiu,” Durrës. Her taught subjects at the University are Principles of Finance, Principles of Accounting, Cost Analysis, Accountability Auditing, and controlling SMEs. She holds a B.Sc. in Finance Banking and an M.Sc. in Business Administration, Graduated in both study programs with Gold Medals. She is also responsible for financial affairs at her family business DUNI AGENCY, Durrës, Albania. Ph.D. (c). Ejona DUÇI is the author and co-author of several books like “Principles of Finance” and a monograph entitled “The impact of 2007-2010 Financial Crisis in Europe and Albania.”, and over ten publications in Scopus and Peer-reviewed journals. In addition, she has attended different national, regional, and international conferences.

Dr. Panagiotis Tzavaras is an Lecturer at the European University of Cyprus. He received the B.S. in Statistics and two M.S. degrees. The first one in Telematics Management and the second in Management information system. The Ph.D. degree in Social Media is from National Technical University of Athens. His main research interests are: Social Media, eGovernment, Digital Economy, Education.

Miss. Kamila Fałat is a PhD candidate in economics and finance at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in Poland. Her PhD research focuses on the measurement and assessment of the effectiveness of an informatics infrastructure project in a multinational manufacturing corporation. She works as a senior financial analyst for 3M Corporation.
