You will receive the finalized conference program approximately 7-10 Days before the event. It will also be available on the conference website.

Yes, if you need an invitation letter for your visa, please fill out the Visa Request Form. Once submitted, the letter will be issued within 1-3 business days. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee. 

If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact our support team at info@iarmea.org Changes can be made before the registration deadline.
